Bio:

Charlie is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s five business units – building construction, mechanical construction, utility construction, construction services and the company’s water utility management division, WhiteWater. He brings more than 30 years of management and leadership experience to R.H. White. His professional experience includes stints throughout the United States, including construction management and self-perform general contracting in both the public and private sectors.
