  • Managed design/build project
  • Constructed Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) facility, piping and equipment, CSO operations building, screenings structure, and chlorine contact tank
  • Modified existing CSO structure, outfall tunnel rehab, and primary clarifier rehab
  • Built new Waste Actuated Sludge Thickener Facility, mixed sludge well and sludge piping
  • Replaced three influent screw pumps with influent submersible pumps while maintaining headworks operation
  • Developed odor control system consisting of covers over existing tanks, FRP ductwork, and odor control scrubbers
