In 2019, R.H. White set out to expand its welding services by establishing a fabrication facility that would provide year-round work opportunities and serve as a home base for our welding services team.
The original shop was part of our current facility on 615 River Road, Bow, NH, but we soon outgrew that space, so the search for a larger facility began. We recently relocated the welding services operation to 48 Ryan Road in Bow. Welding services now reside in a new 14,000-square-foot facility featuring six standardized carbon and stainless-steel welding stations and a more efficient layout for material receiving, cutting, preparation, and welding.
The building is also outfitted with modular office and conferencing space to accommodate future growth. The facility also includes outside space with material laydown areas and plenty of room for prefabricated skids to be shipped to project sites.
Our team has grown from four welders to a talented group of 15 individuals focused on our welding and prefabrication capabilities in only five years. What began in a single bay, with a few dust-covered machines and one welding positioner, has evolved into a complete fabrication facility. Our emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity initiatives has allowed us to provide internal training and outreach to local vocational schools – ensuring a steady pipeline of future talent.
