R.H. White Companies Inc., a general contractor and water utility management company, released its 2022-2023 Corporate Responsibility Report. The report highlights various actions and programs it has undertaken to support its four pillars of sustainability: safety, employee engagement, environment, and social responsibility.
The report also includes a section on the company’s 100th anniversary in 2023 and its successful efforts to raise $300,000 to split among three worthy employee-selected charities—Easterseals of Massachusetts, Alzheimer’s Association of MA/NH, and The Greg Hill Foundation—each receiving a check for $100,000.
“This report is a reminder of all we have accomplished to support our company’s core purpose, which is to create well-being for our people, our customers, and our communities. It highlights the dedication of our employees to go beyond a job title or job description and focus on activities and volunteer programs beyond the four walls of our offices. I am always amazed at their spirit of volunteerism and focus on giving back,” stated Heather Whitney, Vice President of Strategy and Sustainability
This report marks five years since the company formally started to structure its efforts. The privately held, fourth-generation construction company is guided by a deep sense of giving back to improve the communities where its employees live and work, which dates to first-generation owner Ralph H. White. To view our Corporate Responsibility Report, please visit https://tinyurl.com/rxu23vp5
