R.H. White Construction was awarded the Employer of Choice Award for demonstrating a culture of transforming and rewarding our employee’s overall performance. Judging is based on company culture, training and development, communication, recognition and reward, and work-life balance.
Meredith Wise, President of EANE, said “R.H. White has succeeded in creating an amazing workplace culture which maximizes employee engagement, creativity and organizational success. They are truly connected to their communities; contributing financially as well as with staff time and talent to various charities and events.” We were also recognized for our 90th anniversary donation of $156,000 to three local charities and for providing over $700,000 in safety related training to our employees annually.
Employers who have been in business for at least three years with a minimum of 25 employees are eligible to participate; both the company size and its resources are considered in the screening and selection process. Sponsored by EANE and the Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, the award has been given since 2011.
