R.H. White Companies, a construction services and utility management firm, announced the appointment of Jeff Towle as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Mr. Towle will manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s five business units – building construction, mechanical construction, utility construction, construction services and the company’s water utility management division, WhiteWater, Inc.
A construction industry veteran, Mr. Towle brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the industry to R.H. White. His career has spanned the mechanical, utility and building construction trades where he served in several positions of increasing responsibility including high-level leadership roles at Cianbro Corporation, Northeast Utilities (aka Eversource) and, most recently, Burns & McDonnell.
“Jeff will ensure that the safety of our people remains a core value while also focusing on quality and productivity to deliver consistent and sustainable financial results. He will work closely with our senior management team and business unit leaders to develop and execute action plans that complement and support our goal to achieve a zero-incident safety culture while strengthening our existing behaviors to attain a zero-incident quality culture as well. This is no easy task, but I am confident that Jeff is up to the challenge,” said Jim McCarthy, President & CEO.
A native of Maine, Jeff earned his B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Pennsylvania State University.
